Melbourne Camp

For my school Compass award I needed to do trip that goes for 2 days and 1 night so my class planned a trip to Melbourne.

Day 1:

I had to get up at 5:00am to make it to the train station and it took 2 hours to get to Melbourne. The first thing we did was go to the aquarium. I took a bunch of photos of lots of strange looking fish. Maybe I'll post some. I don't know. We went to this rock climbing place. I was terrified at first but I eventually gathered enough courage to make it to the top. Go me! lol We got to go to the Victoria Market! It had heaps of stuff but the only thing I brought was a MCR t-shirt. It is way too big but I don't really care. Too big is better then too small. Ice skating was next. It was okay at first. I'm definitely the most uncoordinated person ever. At least I only fell over 3 times. Did you know that ice is very hard? The second time I fell I really hurt myself. I sprained my left wrist, made my lower back bruise and swell up, bruised my right hand and I now have a blister on my foot. My left wrist had to have an ice pack but that didn't stop me from getting back on the ice. But when I fell over again it made my wrist hurt again so I thought I should stop. My teacher had to carry my bag for the rest of the day and I had to use my friends tie as a sling. I had a lot of pizza for tea (Sonia: finally I get pizza!!). Then we spent ages trying to get to the place where we were gonna stay the night.

Day 2:

The next day we caught a train to the zoo. The zoo was awesome! I saw monkeys, orang-utans, lions, snow leopards, tigers, platypuses, elephants, turtles, peacocks, meerkats, lots of snakes and lizards, bears and GIRAFFES!!! (Sorry, I just really like giraffes...) At this point I was starting to hate everything: it was getting hot, my feet were aching, my shoulders hurt, I was tired and my wrist was bandaged. We left the zoo at around 12. (Mili: I didn't see any koalas. =P) The next 2 hours we were at IMAX theatre watching a movie. It was an okay movie, I guess. Then we went around to a few stores to see if we wanted to buy anything. I brought my sister a Nightmare Before Christmas belt form Jay Jays. =) And then we just got the train back home.

Now I'm back at home with a sore back, wrist, arm and foot and I have a headache, a sore tooth and a really bad cold. I hate everything.

Yes but that's a good thing. You can't expect them to stay the same forever. That would become boring.

No but I will if it's the last thing I do!!! lol

Emo stands for emotional, right? Shouldn't all bands be a little bit emotional?

No. He looks cool without them on anyway.

No because that would be creepy. Would you like it if somone you didn't know obsessed over your hair? I thought not.

Vampires Will Never Hurt You. Maybe. I don't really know what that song means anyway.

Should they go back to their old sound or let The Black Parade live on?
I liked the sound of The Black Parade but I think that I would like to hear something new from them.

I don't hear a lot about their personal lives anyway.

I don't think so. I hope not!!!

Yes. But I haven't even gotten my ears pierced yet so I would probably chicken out.

A Journal...

I haven't posted a journal yet so I thought I would. I don't have anything intresting to say so I'll just have a rant about how I went to Geelong a couple of weeks ago. You can feel free to ignore this journal. =)

A couple of weeks ago my family had to go to Geelong because Brian needed to go to the hospital. I haven't actually been outside of Colac for about a year maybe so I was pretty excited. While waiting for Brian's appointment we went to have a look around. First we went to JayJays but I didn't buy anything because the only things I wanted were to small for me, even though it was the size SMALL! I mean come on! I'm not that tiny! Anyway we went to a music store next where I found a MCR poster! I was so happy! It's the only one a have and it's really big! After that we just walked around for a while doing nothing until my sister, Kirsty, took me to the library because she knew that they had a music section. I brought a book about MCR called This Band Will Save Your Life by Reinhardt Haydn. The book is ok but I don't like his writing style. After that I just got a bottle of Coke and left. So that is my totally useless and boring story. Thank you for ignoring =) lol
